After being let down by another contractor who was meant to address a persistent blockage in our drainage system, I contacted London City Drains on a weekend. They were exceptionally responsive and had an engineer on site in Hampstead, NW3, first thing Monday morning.
A thorough assessment was carried out and a clear plan was put in place to resolve the issue. The engineer, Mo, not only unblocked and jetted the main drain but also performed a high-pressure clean of the surrounding pipes. He then installed a new access point to simplify any future maintenance.
All works were completed efficiently and without any mess, at a very fair price. Mo also carried out a comprehensive CCTV drain survey of all the affected underground pipework and provided a full report on its condition.
