I had a great experience with Adam from London City Drains. My basement in West Hampstead was flooding due to a blocked drain, and Adam came out quickly to help. He was very honest, professional, and efficient — the problem was sorted out within an hour! It’s such a relief to find someone reliable who knows what they’re doing. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing drainage work in the area.

Outstanding service from London City Drains! Abdul and his team provided high-pressure water jetting for a blocked drain at my Hampstead NW3 property. They arrived punctually for an early Saturday morning call-out and quickly solved the problem. Really happy with the professional and effective service. The go-to drain company in NW3!

Dealt with a nasty kitchen drain backup late at night, guy from this company Showed up on time despite the hour, was incredibly polite and reassuring. He worked methodically, resolved the blockage in no time, and even checked other drains for free. Spotless cleanup and useful advice on what not to pour down the sink. Customer service was outstanding—worth every star! 5/5.

We had an ongoing nightmare with blocked toilets at our office in Farringdon, EC1. Despite multiple visits from other contractors, the blockages kept returning, causing constant disruption.

We finally called London City Drains, and the difference was night and day. Their engineer, Adam, was fantastic. He not only cleared the immediate blockage efficiently but went the extra mile. He used a CCTV camera to properly investigate the drains and identified the root cause of the problem (a build-up of scale and tissue).

For the first time, a company didn't just provide a quick fix; they diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what further work was needed to solve it permanently. The service was friendly, honest, and highly professional. We are incredibly happy and would not hesitate to recommend London City Drains and Adam to any business facing similar issues.

London City Drains provided a brilliant, speedy service, arriving right on time. They cleared a badly blocked kitchen drain far more thoroughly than other companies I've used and offered great advice to prevent future issues in Parsons Green. There are lots of choices, but for genuinely professional and effective service, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be using them again.

I called five companies, and London City Drains were the only ones who could come the same day to unblock our drains in Archway, N19. They arrived right on time and resolved the issue efficiently. Highly recommended!

After being let down by another contractor who was meant to address a persistent blockage in our drainage system, I contacted London City Drains on a weekend. They were exceptionally responsive and had an engineer on site in Hampstead, NW3, first thing Monday morning.
A thorough assessment was carried out and a clear plan was put in place to resolve the issue. The engineer, Mo, not only unblocked and jetted the main drain but also performed a high-pressure clean of the surrounding pipes. He then installed a new access point to simplify any future maintenance.
All works were completed efficiently and without any mess, at a very fair price. Mo also carried out a comprehensive CCTV drain survey of all the affected underground pipework and provided a full report on its condition.
I would recommend London City Drains to anyone in the Hampstead area with drainage problems and will not hesitate to use them again for any future work or planned maintenance.

I was recommended London City Drains by a friend, and the service was excellent. At our house in Fulham, SW6, they unblocked a manhole and jetted the drain, clearing the entire system. I'll definitely be passing on the recommendation.
